In this article, we conducted online interviews with four people after the recording, and we will present the details of those interviews.
We will deliver cast interviews after the program was recorded. When 4 people get together, free talk will not stop!
4Gamer:
Thank you, everyone, for your continued support today. Could you tell us about the highlights and highlights of this public recording?
Mr. Sounosuke Hattori (hereinafter referred to as Mr. Hattori):
I’m still feeling excited (from the recording)!
Ryota Iwasaki (hereinafter referred to as Mr. Iwasaki):
Mr. Tsuji was a little strange today. The way he puts his energy into it is unique.
Mr. Fumiya Imai (hereinafter referred to as Mr. Imai):
Tsuji-san, please explain!
Mr. Fumito Tsuji (hereinafter referred to as Mr. Tsuji):
When Fumihito Tsuji gets fired up, he “moves both his voice and his hands.” When I groan, “Ungh!!!”… it gets me fired up (while moving my hands).
Mr. Hattori:
The look in his eyes was scary (lol).
Mr. Iwasaki:
The venue where we performed was filled with anxiety. Also, this time we did a project called “Let’s take pictures.” Last time we talked about Hokkaido, but this time the theme was “Feeling the history of Aichi.”
Mr. Hattori:
I took a photo of the “information board” in front of Nagoya Castle. Just like in Hokkaido, I added my finger to it.
Mr. Imai:
There’s no progress!
Mr. Hattori:
No, the scenery is completely different! It was a hit last time, so I liked it and gave it a try.
Mr. Tsuji:
Mine is “Nagoya Castle and Trees.” Well, Nagoya Castle is the main thing, and the trees are the secondary.
Mr. Imai:
In the photo, it was the other way around. The main focus is on trees, and Nagoya Castle just happens to be reflected in it.
Mr. Tsuji:
Well, I thought I was going to win the photo contest.
Mr. Imai:
This is a photo of “Parco” in Sakae. The staff put together photos of Parco from when I traveled alone at the beginning of the year and photos of Parco from today.
Mr. Hattori:
I really don’t understand what that means (lol).
Mr. Imai:
Why are you laughing?
Mr. Iwasaki:
And I, Iwasaki, took a picture of a “dinosaur bone” at the science museum.
Mr. Imai:
Well, it has nothing to do with Nagoya.
Mr. Iwasaki:
A history of about 100 million years ago. But this is a dinosaur from Argentina. It has nothing to do with Nagoya (lol). As a result, “Parco” won.
Mr. Tsuji:
Yeah, for some reason!
Mr. Hattori:
Parco won due to some mistake.
Mr. Imai:
It’s a history that is loved by the locals. It’s a wonderful city.
Mr. Iwasaki:
That was the case this time!
4Gamer:
I never expected a commercial facility to win. Including the 0th recording, this is the 4th recording. Have there been any incidents so far?
Mr. Iwasaki:
At the recording site in Hokkaido, while I was reading the emails I received from everyone, a “low battery” warning appeared on the PC displayed on the monitor at the venue. And…
Mr. Imai:
Yes, today, before the quiz questions were given, there was an incident where the answers were displayed first on the PC screen that was also displayed on the monitor at the venue. And…
Mr. Hattori:
Also, during the recording, Imai-kun ran to the bathroom while the song was playing.
Mr. Tsuji:
And Hattori also went to the bathroom.
Mr. Imai:
Mr. Tsuji also chewed on it a lot. It was full of happenings.
Mr. Iwasaki:
Another thing is the way I speak when I start speaking at the opening. Today was so bad that I had to do it 3 times (lol). If it wasn’t cut during the broadcast, I guess that means it contains footage that was redone three times. …I will work hard!
4Gamer:
How did you all spend your time on your way to Aichi? Also, if you were the four members of Mellow Dears, how do you think they would spend their time on the road?
Mr. Iwasaki:
My daily routine is to post “good morning” on social media, so I make some…
Mr. Imai:
…I was typing emojis (*Iwasaki-san’s X-posts are known for using a lot of emojis).
Mr. Iwasaki:
yes. I make emoji posts and sometimes play games. When Mt. Fuji comes into view, I take pictures. Today on the Shinkansen, there was an announcement that said, “You can now see the beautiful Mt. Fuji on your right.”
Mr. Hattori:
Has that ever happened to you? I’m wearing earphones, so I watch YouTube, listen to music, and close my eyes for about an hour.
Mr. Imai:
What a cool way to spend your time.
Mr. Tsuji:
I had a window seat, so I dozed off while looking at the view, and before I knew it, I had arrived in Nagoya.
Mr. Imai:
You’re not doing anything!
Mr. Tsuji:
My seat was on the opposite side of Mt. Fuji, so I couldn’t see it. So, if you have any photos, please show them to me. I think that will make you feel like you have seen Mt. Fuji.
Mr. Imai:
I arrived at Tokyo Station early in the morning, so I ate a breakfast of rice balls and miso soup at a rice ball shop at the station to get some nutrition, and then boarded the Shinkansen.
I was thinking, “Tsuji-kun is flying next to Mt. Fuji…” and then we arrived in Nagoya. Apparently I was dreaming.
Mr. Hattori:
Did you mean that you fell asleep and dreamed of Mr. Tsuji flying?
Mr. Imai:
Yes, I was in a dream when I heard an announcement saying, “Next time, Nagoya.” I’m sure he was sleeping.
Mr. Iwasaki:
Wouldn’t it be dangerous if you watched it while you were awake…? What does this mean from a dream interpretation perspective?
Mr. Imai:
Well, after I arrive, I quickly separate from everyone. “Okay, see you later!” I left with my manager and entered the venue separately from everyone else. It’s the same as in Hokkaido.
Mr. Iwasaki:
So, I wonder what it’s like to be Mellow Dears while on the move.
Mr. Hattori:
First, I wonder if they’ll take the Shinkansen.
Mr. Iwasaki・Mr. Tsuji:
Yeah.
Mr. Imai:
However, there are some places in Japan that you can’t go to unless you take a train.
Mr. Iwasaki:
Do you have a private jet?
Mr. Imai:
There aren’t many places where planes can land.
Mr. Iwasaki:
You can perform live on an airplane! Just like that, with a parachute. And maybe a helicopter.
Mr. Hattori:
Well, for now, let’s go with the premise of “what if you were on the Shinkansen”?
Mr. Imai:
Maizu is probably easy to understand.
Mr. Tsuji:
While making the surroundings lively and being considerate…
Mr. Hattori:
Aren’t you looking at your smartphone?
Mr. Iwasaki:
Looks like you’re taking a selfie with your smartphone!
Mr. Tsuji:
It seems like you are posting on a private page.
Mr. Hattori:
Chitose seems to be absent-minded all the time, and sometimes spills drinks.
Mr. Iwasaki:
But it’s also very Chitose-like to have an ekiben prepared for you before you board the Shinkansen.
All:
Ah, that’s what it feels like!
Mr. Hattori:
But it seems like something is missing. There were no chopsticks.
Mr. Imai:
Nozomi is a reserved Shinkansen Gran Class. Just Juice, you can sit next to me.
Mr. Hattori・Mr. Tsuji:
Hey! (lol)
Mr. Imai:
Maiju and Chitose said they could sit at the very back end.
Mr. Hattori:
It seems possible.
Mr. Imai:
(In a hopeful voice) “The trash can is empty too…”
Mr. Iwasaki:
I can imagine Juis graciously checking on his upcoming work and giving everyone a “hey, hey!” tsukkomi.
4Gamer:
Lastly, please give a message to your fans.
Mr. Tsuji:
Thank you to everyone who came to Aichi and everyone who watched the broadcast. This time as well, we had a large number of visitors, and we were able to successfully complete the event in a warm atmosphere of “mutual love,” where we send and receive love from each other. I myself feel very happy.
The location of the next public recording was also announced. After the recording schedule in Tokyo, I will go to Kusatsu. I also want to send my love to you there as well.
We have set “DEAR WORLD” as the theme for 2026, and we are once again determined to make this year a year full of love.
To sum it up in one word… “Everyone, let’s love each other!” Thank you so much to everyone who came to the venue and to those who always watch the broadcast. We will continue to provide you with interesting radio, so please continue to support us.
Mr. Imai:
This time, it was held at Diamond Hall in Aichi/Nagoya. Personally, I am truly happy that the event was held in Nagoya, which I love.
Following the previous Hokkaido performance, a large number of people came to the venue this time as well. It was a wonderful episode that made me feel even more strongly that we had all created this together.
The next venue, Kusatsu, is a hot spring area, so I’m thinking of warming up my mind, body, and the atmosphere at the venue together with everyone (lol). Thank you so much!
Mr. Hattori:
The theme of “Mellow Dears” that I think for 2026 is definitely “gratitude.” For this song, I played Trickstar’s “Song of Happiness,” and it’s exactly the feeling I put into that song.
This time, some people came from Hokkaido. To everyone who took their precious time on weekdays to visit the venue, and to everyone who watched via streaming. Each of these actions represents a great deal of love to me, and my feelings of support are conveyed directly to me. I was really happy to be able to feel the warm applause and enthusiasm during the public recording.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for that love and continue to do our best while conveying our feelings of “thank you.”
Now, next is Kusatsu in Gunma Prefecture. It’s also my hometown! To be honest, Kusatsu is a place that is quite difficult to access. In a sense, everyone is being tested… “Will you come to Kusatsu?” (laughs) Of course you can come, right? We look forward to meeting you in Kusatsu. thank you very much!
Mr. Iwasaki:
Thank you everyone for coming to the public recording in Aichi/Nagoya this time. Thank you to everyone who watched the broadcast!
Although the capacity of this venue was approximately 400 people, I was surprised to hear that we received more than double the number of applications. I feel sorry that it was difficult to win, but I truly feel that this is why everyone loves the content of “Enstar” and Mellow Dearth.
Everyone at the venue really seemed to be having fun, waving their penlights while the music was playing, and doing their best to promote the event with handmade fans and poster-like panels… I was really happy to be able to feel their enthusiasm for “let’s have fun themselves and try to convey something to us.”
Also, with each episode, the relationship between the four people deepens, and more and more interesting things happen. All of these members are idiots (lol). Since I don’t have Tsukkomi, I can’t run out of things to talk about, so the time ends up getting longer each time.
Mr. Imai・Mr. Tsuji・Mr. Hattori:
(lol).
Mr. Iwasaki:
We’re trying our best to finish it within the time limit, but we’re a great team with lots of things to talk about. The content is also gaining momentum, with the release of a CD being decided and the game appearing in the main story to stir up the story.
Both in-game and in the real world, we want to continue to grow Enstar and Mellow Dearth.
The next public recording will be in Kusatsu, Gunma Prefecture. I want to warm up with you all, but I wonder what will happen… There are many places we’ll be going to for this recording for the first time, so we’re really looking forward to it. Let’s continue to make fun memories together with us. Thank you for your continued support.
