2024年以来、立て続けに飲酒問題を起こしたJAL。25年11月末に飲酒の習慣に課題を抱える乗務員の復帰プログラムなどを発表した。再発防止策の成否は、アルコール問題など依存症への偏見が根強い日本での従業員支援の在り方をも左右する試金石となる。
