青森 記録的大雪 “命の危機が目前に迫る” 陸自が活動開始

「命に関わる危機が目前に迫っている」青森県知事が2日朝、切実な声を上げました。青森市で記録的積雪となるなど、青森県の各地では平年を大幅に上回る積雪が観測されています。そして午後には、県からの災害派遣要請を受けた陸上自衛隊が活動を始めました。
