東海道新幹線は岐阜羽島駅と米原駅の間で発生した停電の影響で、上りが新大阪と名古屋の間、下りが東京と新大阪の間で、それぞれ運転を見合わせていましたが、午後7時ごろから順次運転を再開しました。ダイヤの乱れは、しばらく続く見通しだということです。
