4年前、大分市の県道で、時速194キロで車を運転して死亡事故を起こしたとして、危険運転致死の罪に問われている被告の2審が福岡高等裁判所で始まり、検察が1審は刑が軽すぎるなどと主張したのに対して、被告側はより刑の軽い過失運転致死罪の適用を求めました。
