去年、埼玉県内の首都高速道路で大型トラックが渋滞の列に突っ込んで3人が死亡した事故について、警視庁はトラックの運転手が前日に体調不良を訴えていたにもかかわらず、代わりの運転手を手配するなどの必要な措置を怠っていたとして、勤務先の運送会社の元社長を書類送検しました。
