危険運転致死傷罪の要件の明確化に向けて法制審議会の部会は、飲酒運転や高速度での走行が危険運転にあたるかどうかの数値基準をまとめました。飲酒運転は呼気1リットルにつき0.5ミリグラム以上で適用するとしていて、法務省は来年の通常国会で法改正を目指す方針です。
