少子高齢化が進む中、介護保険サービスのを負担のあり方を検討している国の専門家会議で、厚生労働省は、利用料の自己負担について、2割負担の対象を広げることが考えられるとしたうえで、支払いの能力に応じた負担を検討するべきとする方向性を示しました。
