プロ野球の日本シリーズの生中継が行われた時間帯に大リーグの放送を行ったフジテレビの取材パスを没収したことなどは独占禁止法違反のおそれがあるとして、公正取引委員会が近くNPB＝日本野球機構に対し、再発防止を求める警告を出す方針を固めたことが関係者への取材で分かりました。
